GRANULE APPLICATIONS

The product of Polymersazan Company is diversity of recycle polyester granules. This product is one of the main applicable used raw materials in the producing industry that decrease the costs of production line and finally prices of the products, particularly, in the fiber and polyester industries. Polymersazan Sina Company started its activities in 2010, in the process of recycling polyethylene terephthalate and register it's successfully contraption certificate. By this procedure this company prevented existence of tons of fiber rubbish to be distributed to the environment, with regards to pet materials, it can be remain as a threaten on the earth about 400 years.

The producing granule in this company divided into recycle and virgin granules:

1-Vergin granule which divided into two types: grade A and B.
Usage application: this white virgin granule is used as a raw material besides the white fin, under 200PPM, for reducing the cost and final prices of the white polyester staple fiber Production.

2-Recycle granules, divided into four bellow kinds:

1. Itself color, grade A: This granule is usually used as a subsidiary raw material, especially for reducing the costs beside the white fin, bellow 1000PPM, in the polyester staple fiber industry.
2. Green granule grade A: This granule is also used as a subsidiary raw material, especially for reducing the costs beside the green fin, which is applicable for moisture bushing.
3. Color diverse granule grade A: This granule is also used as a subsidiary raw material, especially for reducing the costs beside the color fin, mélange fiber productions. It should be noted these granules are also produced in a diversity of colors, like purple, red, Chrome, etc. in this company.
